As members of Tatum Highlands, PLEASE be courteous to
your neighbors and pick up after your pets when taking them
for a walk in the community. It is your responsibility to pick up
after your dogs by law in the state of Arizona. The law states:
“It shall be unlawful for the owner or person having custody of
any dog to fail immediately to move and dispose of in a sanitary manner any solid wastedeposited by such dog on public Property or deposited on private property without the consent of the person in control of the property.”
There are pet stations throughout the community with bags to assist you with this
matter.
