The Architectural Committee welcomes First Service Residential as our community's management company. We look forward to working with them while learning and implementing their automated and manual systems.
We want to remind homeowners that the committee has 45 days to approve your architectural requests. Please submit your application, understanding that a decision may not be rendered immediately. We do our best to make decisions quickly, generally within 1-2 weeks. During this transition to First Service, it may take a bit longer. Remember that any change to the exterior of your home, that is visible from the street, must have an architectural submittal. Do not start your project prior to receiving your written approval. Please refer to the architectural and landscape guidelines for guidance on improving your home.
