Hello Neighbors,
With spring in full bloom, we know many of you are eager to spruce up your yards! To ensure our community maintains its beautiful and cohesive look, the Architectural Committee would like to remind everyone of the following:
Architectural Application Required:
Any changes to your property visible from the street require an approved Architectural application. This includes, but is not limited to, new plantings, hardscaping, etc.
Please note, anyone with a view fence must apply when making changes to the backyard.
Please apply BEFORE purchasing any items for your project! This will save you potential headaches and ensure your plans align with our guidelines.
Plant Selection & Water Conservation:
The committee utilizes the excellent resources at amwua.org/plants for all plant approvals. This website promotes low-water-use plants, which are essential for our desert environment, and offers a greatly expanded plant list. You can download a complete digital version from amwua.org/plants.
Community Guidelines:
Please review the Landscape Guidelines posted on the First Service Residential community website. These guidelines provide detailed information on approved materials, plant varieties, and design principles.
Architectural applications can also be located on the First Service Residential website.
Remember, some exceptions and restrictions apply, so familiarity with the guidelines is crucial.
Paint Schemes:
FYI: Approved paint schemes for your homes can also be found on the First Service Residential community website.
Thank You!
Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines helps keep our community beautiful and ensures our property values remain strong.
We appreciate your commitment to our neighborhood!
Sincerely,
The Architectural Committee
